Has anyone been throught this, or know what could possibly be happening?

So kinda complicated but... I have my period the first week of september, got 3 pills into my pack and I had to stop due to a emergency trip out of town, so I started my period again on the 11th. So if I base it off the period after the 3 pills I am 1 week late. I have been sick at about the same time of day, no matter what I do with an exception of 2 days within the last week and a half, sometimes again at night, Im tired all the time, but have also been under a lot of stress. I went to the doctor and my test was negative, I also found out I had a bacterial infection as well. The doctor told me she could not give me a positive yes or no as to if I was preg or not, and I should come back in 2 weeks!! my mom thinks I am preg, my are more sensitive, and I can see dark veins running to them, also my are swelling up a little bit in the area on the side closest to my armpits, I have no bloating or cramping, but my lower abdomen feels a little less squishy then usual, Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? If im not preg what are my options of whats wrong?? I have never been pregnant but I know something is going on with my body... and I would just like to know if anyone has been through anything simmilar, my mom had negative preg test when she was preg untill about 31/2 months(although it was 30 years ago and tests were different) but my friend said she had a negative test untill she was 4 months along, and she is about to give birth anyday now!!!
