My boss talks about me to others?

. My boss has been overly critical of me simply because I'm the least experienced. When others make errors even blatant careless ones,he almost always overlooks it. When I error he umes I'm incompetent automatically even when its not my fault i just happen to be the one to catch it .recently at work i made an error, no more than any other employee, i had the day off and he told my brother in-law from a different department that i was a screw up. My brother in law told my wife's parents because they worried i was in danger of losing my job ,my wife is now worried. Im afraid that if i report him nothing will be done and i will be targeted
