What is the most a person can get on their verdict in a domestic violence case?

They are the prosecutors and they've already been taken to jail and bailed out, but hasn't been to court yet. I'm just wondering what is the largest fine they could get. They're charged with Family Violence (Act) and sault and Battery against a minor.
