Scrooge song lyrics: What musical film are these lyrics from?

The song goes "Ebenezer Scrooge, the man who hated Christmas, celebrated Christmas...dum de dum de dum...." (can't remember the rest). It is part of a memory from my 1960's childhood, maybe from a film or television programme. A friend has suggested Mr Magoo's Christmas Carol, but I'd like further opinions please. Thanks!
