Does anyone know who to apply at the Aldi distribution center?

it is in Batavia,Illinois off of Kirk Rd. zip code is 60510. my job i have now pays crap for how long ive been there and i heard they pay good money. i emailed them asking how but never got anything. does anyone know how?
