How to creat a nerf room?

my brother is turning nine and loves nerf guns...and all nerf products...we have recently done his room with blues and greens...we want to add a nerf theme to it for his birthday....but have no idea where to begin? i was thinking like the rubber things you can put across the floors ( not sure what to call them or where to find them) and some objects for him and his friends to hide behind when having nerf fights.....any ideas? links??
