Should US Cities Hire Blackwater to Combat Gang Violence and Fight The Inner-City Chapter of the War on Drugs?

So...who says that paramilitaries are not already ruling the streets of the good ol' USA? To accurately answer my question, one would have to know on which side of the line the "gangs" stand.
