What would you suggest i do for my son?

He is 10 years old and has had some trouble in school with reading and comprehension.He does well in every other subject.We have thought about holding him back but we don't feel this would be the best answer right now.He has been accesed @ school and they can't seem to "find" anything.The most i can get from the teacher is that he is impulsive and very figity.Could that be something else or just immaturity?any suggestions on what i could do over the summer to help would be great.Any internet sites or programs?
